The Unified School District of De Pere is seeking Substitute Instructional Aides. A Substitute Instructional Aide supports classroom teachers by providing one-on-one or small-group instruction, special education support, and assisting with classroom and behavior management. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree is preferred. They should have strong communication skills, adaptability, patience, the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff, a willingness to work as part of a team, and the knowledge and skills to assist with instruction in reading, writing, and mathematics as needed. Two-year degree preferred. At a minimum, must possess a high school diploma or GED. Not required to have applied for a license through the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI).
