JOB DESCRIPTION: To assist with the school food service program in accordance with federal and state laws and regulations, local and state health ordinances, and school district policies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains required forms and records as assigned by managers Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent. A current Food Handler Permit from the Jefferson County Health Department or Serve-Safe Certification. Basic knowledge of methods of quantity food preparation and serving, use and care of kitchen equipment and utensils, food service safety, principles of sanitation and basic reading, writing, and math skills.
