Substitute Custodians

The Holyoke Public Schools is seeking substitute custodians to work as needed on a daily basis. Successful applicants will be placed on a call list and notified when work opportunities become available. Substitutes are at-will and temporary employees.

Job Duties:

Substitutes work as part of a team of custodians within a building to perform general cleaning duties. Custodians must operate equipment as required and must appropriately handle cleaning supplies.

• ability to perform physical tasks such as mopping, sweeping, lifting trash cans, moving furniture, and other similar duties.
