    CUSTODIAN JOB SUMMARY Custodian, under supervision of the Supervisor of Maintenance/Operations/Transportation and Site Principal or designee; perform a wide variety of routine and responsible tasks relating to the custodial and maintenance operation of a school site. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge and Application of: District policies and procedures as they apply; Methods and practices of cleaning and repair of District equipment and furniture; Operation of tools and equipment used in all phases of school cleaning; Oral and written communication skills; Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy; Proper methods and operation of equipment and tools used in custodial work.
