Pickerington Local School District (PLSD) is seeking interested applicants for substitute Cook positions within the district on an as-needed basis.
The substitute pay rate for cooks is $14.00 per hour.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalency.
- Previous experience as a cook preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Preferred experience with point-of-sale (cashier) systems and general computer applications.
- Ability to follow directions and a strong commitment to success.
- Demonstrated dependability, strong work ethic, and a positive, collaborative demeanor.
- Strict adherence to confidentiality protocols.
- Ability to interact effectively with diverse students, staff, and parents.
