ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

1.  must have high school diploma (or equivalent)

2.  must have the ability to work well with others

3.  must have the strength and dexterity to perform all labor tasks related with the job

4.  must have ability  to take directions, possess good public relations skills and ability to work well with others

5.  must be able to demonstrate basic computer literacy

6.  must have acceptable background check and complete all requred personnel records

7.  must have good record of punctuality and attendance

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS

1.  must be a positive voice with other staff and community members at all times

2.  must be prepared for change, even if it comes at a faster than desired pace
