Substation Assistant Superintendent - Power & Energy

Seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee field operations for substation projects.

• Supervise daily onsite activities, ensuring project delivery aligns with design, budget, and schedule, while coordinating with clients and contractors.
• Manage safety, scheduling, engineering, material control, and team activities, providing direction to staff and engineers.
• Supervise craft employees and contractors, offering technical guidance on construction methods and equipment.
• Coordinate resources, forecast work, and ensure compliance with safety and work procedures.
• Address issues promptly, manage cost codes, and accurately report work hours and productivity.
• Lead by example in safety, quality, and productivity, with at least five years of relevant experience in substation construction and maintenance.
• Possess electrical licensing per state requirements and be willing to travel regionally.
