Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Intake CoordinatorFull Time, Monday-Friday: 7 am - 4 pm$52,000 - $57,500 annual salary, based on experience & licensureMaryville Integrated Care, in partnership with the NJDOC, is hiring a Substance Use Disorder Intake Coordinator for South Woods State Prison in Bridgeton, NJ.The SUD Intake Coordinator uses their clinical, operational, and collaborative experience to serve as the critical entry point to recovery, transforming the initial assessment phase into a foundational step for lasting behavioral change within correctional facilities.The SUD Intake Coordinator carries out the Mission of Maryville: helping individuals improve their health and wellness by providing high-quality integrated mental health, physical health, and substance use treatment, recovery support, and education.Essential Responsibilities:Completes intake assessments within required DOC timelinesDocuments DSM diagnoses and ASAM level-of-care determinations, gathers all required clinical and psychosocial information, and coordinates with classification, custody, medical, and SUD staff to ensure proper program placement. Initiates the treatment planning process, supports continuity of care, and ensures all intake documentation complies with DOC standards and Core Program requirements.Qualifications:LCADC, CADC, or another New Jersey clinical license whose scope permits alcohol and drug counseling and DSM-based diagnostic assessment.
