Phillips, a new 50-bed residential treatment program opening in 2026 in Chippewa Falls. This innovative program will provide substance use disorder treatment and restorative justice services for adults on their recovery journey.

Pay

  • SAC-IT: $22.75/hour
  • SAC: $26.00/hour
  • CSAC: $28.00/hour

Full-time | Benefits Eligible

What Youll Do

  • Provide individual and group substance use counseling services.
  • Complete assessments, screenings, referrals, and treatment planning.
  • Deliver case management and coordinate community support services.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Support clients in achieving recovery, stability, and personal goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
  • Participate in clinical supervision, training, and professional development.

What Were Looking For

  • Valid Wisconsin SAC-IT, SAC, or CSAC credential.
  • Associates degree in a human services or corrections-related field required; bachelors degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of addiction, recovery, counseling, and case management principles.
  • Experience working with justice-involved or correctional populations is preferred.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
