An active New Hampshire behavioral health licensure or certification including but not limited to: LADC, CCS, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMHC, or MLADC and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states . Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.

Salary Range: $62,058 - $74,932

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with WFH on Tuesdays.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

• Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
• Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
• Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
• Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
• Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
• Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.

• An active New Hampshire behavioral health licensure or certification including but not limited to: LADC, CCS, LCSW,  LMFT, LPCC, LMHC, or MLADC and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
• Minimum two years’ leading groups in a SUD setting.
• High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
• Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
• Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week.
