$4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Clinicians with Professional Fluency in Spanish and English

 

Salary Range:$57,625 – $68,761 *Based on experience, and education

 

Schedule:

  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (WFH)
Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
  • Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
  • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
  • Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
  • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
  • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree
  • Required licensure or certification*: Behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: LCSW, LMHC, MCAP, CAPwith ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states 

  • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
  • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
  • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
  • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal proficiency preferred)

    • Experience working in multilingual or multicultural environments is a plus
