As a Counselor, you’ll lead engaging group therapy sessions and work alongside an integrated care team committed to harm reduction, dignity, and member-centered care. We know recovery isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we support members in making meaningful changes based on their individual goals.

Sign-On Bonus: $4,000
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Lead 3–4 one-hour, evidence-based group therapy sessions each day.
  • Facilitate meaningful discussions and adapt approved modalities to meet members where they are.
  • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches to support whole-person care.
  • Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
  • Create a welcoming, harm-reduction-focused environment where members feel respected and supported.
  • Engage with the local community to promote access to compassionate addiction treatment.
Qualifications:
  • An active license: LISW/LCSW, LPCC or LMFT
  • Minimum two years’ leading groups in a SUD setting.
  • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
  • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
