This is a W2 position with guaranteed hours — not fee-for-service.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Provide individual and group counseling (average 8–10 client sessions daily)

  • Develop and update individualized treatment plans

  • Complete timely documentation in EMR

  • Monitor client progress and support recovery goals

  • Participate in supervision and team meetings

  • Collaborate with medical and behavioral health staff

  • Maintain compliance with program policies and regulatory standards

Travel up to 15% for client-related activities.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred
     OR

  • Maryland credentials: LGADC, LCADC, CAC-AD, CSC-AD, ADT, LGPC, LCPC

  • Experience in substance use or behavioral health preferred

  • Strong documentation skills

  • Compassionate and professional approach to client care
