Recruiting for a full-time, temporary (3-6 month) position in the Grafton, Illinois area.

Overview: provides counseling and support services to inmates aged 12-21, admitted or seeking admission to a correction center’s treatment program.

Essential Duties:

• Completes intake assessments, treatment plans, post-release plans, and other required clinical documentation

• Provides individual and group counseling

• Provides case management and coordination of the youth’s treatment
