Job Title: Subject Matter Analyst (Non-IT)
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Type: 7 month Contract
Compensation: $75.00 - $78.50
Work Model: Remote – offsite
Hours: 40.0 hours/week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise for SAP S/4HANA, specifically within the FICA module.
• Review and recommend on key design artifacts, technical artifacts, and business process designs.
• Support configuration of billing and invoicing processes.
• Assist in standardizing and redesigning processes as part of a Greenfield SAP implementation.
• Attend regular stand-up meetings and participate in workshops (on-site as required).
• Complete follow-up work, reviews, and deliverables from workshops remotely.
• Collaborate closely with internal business counterparts and system integrators.
• Support SAP-related questions during implementation phases.
• Support internal business teams and interact with external third-party partners and vendors.

• 10+ years of relevant SAP implementation experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP FICA modules.
• Utility industry experience.
• Support of at least two SAP implementations (Greenfield and/or Brownfield).
• Billing and invoicing process configuration in SAP.
• Deep implementation experience rather than sustainment/support.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in multi-vendor environments.
• Effective communication with stakeholders and implementation partners.
• Support for multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Preferred certifications: SAP Activate Certification, SAP FICA Certifications, other SAP module certifications.
• Additional SAP module skills such as ABAP development are a plus.
• Identify candidates with no significant employment gaps or overlapping work history in utilities.
• Must have participated in Greenfield and/or Brownfield SAP implementations and have completed at least two projects.
