Key Responsibilities
- Process and input subcontract documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage subcontractor compliance setup and documentation
- Review subcontractor insurance requirements by trade, revise and resubmit as needed
- Oversee subcontractor bond setup
- Maintain and distribute subcontract tracking logs daily (AP, Collections, etc.)
- Follow up with vendors on outstanding subcontract statuses
