  • Evaluate supplier financial risk, performance concerns, and recommend mitigation strategies.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Program Management, Contracts, Finance, and Legal to support acquisition planning, negotiation strategies, and subcontract execution.
  • Supplier Engagement
  • Serve as primary interface with suppliers for clarifications, negotiation, compliance expectations, and delivery performance.
  • Communicate funding schedules, subcontract requirements, and responses to supplier questions.
  • Track subcontract actions, milestones, deliverables, funding, and closeout steps

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
