- Coordinate and schedule roofing work, MSUs, utility disconnect/reconnects, and homeowner appointments.
- Oversee a pipeline of projects at the Site Survey, Install, and Inspection stages to ensure roofing and MSU scopes are completed prior to installation.
- Break complex upgrade scopes into manageable actions, establish timeframes, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactively identify risks related to roofing conditions, electrical service configurations, or utility requirements, and develop contingency plans.
- Ensure subcontractors follow safety protocols, utility standards, NEC requirements, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation, photos, and close‑out materials for all subcontracted work.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- H.S. Diploma + 4–6 years (or a bachelor’s degree + 2–4 years) of proven experience as a Subcontractor Operations Specialist, Project Manager, or similar role overseeing roofing, electrical, or construction scopes—ideally in residential solar or renewable energy.
