Responsibilities
- Manage the entire subcontracting process from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to foster collaboration and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and conduct regular assessments to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to subcontract agreements and modifications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align subcontracting strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong computer skills with experience learning ERP and MRP systems.
- Demonstration in creating spreadsheets and using AI to organize information and monitor progress.
- Proven experience in subcontract management or procurement, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
