Key duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts for men, women, and children while following Great Clips service and sanitation standards.
- Deliver a friendly, efficient customer experience by consulting with customers, documenting haircut preferences, and maintaining consistent service.
- Support salon operations by keeping work areas clean, assisting teammates, and helping maintain an organized, welcoming salon.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Active Virginia cosmetology or barber license, or eligibility to obtain one before starting.
