About the role

The Style Specialist creates inspiring and personalized experiences that strengthen each customer's connection to the brand. As a style and product expert, you leverage knowledge of product, fit, fabric, function, and trends to deliver elevated styling solutions that meet customers' needs and build confidence. Through authentic engagement, exceptional service, and personalized recommendations, you drive sales, conversion, and long-term loyalty. You build lasting customer relationships through proactive clienteling, outreach, follow-up, and appointments, serving as a trusted style partner throughout the customer journey. In partnership with store leadership, the Style Specialist elevates the overall customer experience and contributes measurable impact to store performance.

What you'll do

  • Deliver elevated, high-touch customer experiences through personalized service, styling, and product recommendations.
  • Build authentic customer relationships by understanding individual needs, preferences, and style goals to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Deliver an elevated fitting room experience through attentive service, styling guidance, and confidence-building recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted style and product expert, translating relevant fashion and lifestyle trends into solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Drive sales, conversion, units per transaction, and other store performance goals through intentional customer engagement and solution-based selling.
  • Proactively engage customers through outreach, appointments, events, and personalized follow-up to build relationships and generate traffic and sales.
  • Educate and inspire customers through strong product knowledge and recommendations that connect product benefits to individual needs.
  • Support customer loyalty and long-term engagement by creating consistent, personalized experiences across customer touchpoints.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with company values while contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused store environment.

Who you are

  • 1+ years of retail, styling, clienteling, or advanced selling experience, preferably in a fashion or premium retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to create meaningful customer connections that build loyalty and repeat business.
  • Confident in providing personalized styling, outfitting, and customer consultations based on individual needs and preferences.
  • Customer-focused and motivated by delivering strong experiences and contributing to measurable sales and business results.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage customer relationships, appointments, outreach, and follow-up.
  • Comfortable navigating technology and digital tools used to support customer engagement and the selling experience.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Passionate about the brand, its heritage, products, customer experience, and values.
  • Flexible to work a schedule that meets business needs, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.
  • Able to maneuver throughout the salesfloor, stockroom, and other work areas and lift up to 30 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.

Hourly Range: $16.90 - $20.50

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
