As a Studio Manager of the Upper East Side location, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and help members experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high-performing team. We are opening this studio July 14th and are super excited!!

A Day in the Life
- Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
- As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for.
- Throughout the day, you lead by example checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments.
- You support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching. Your primary role is to grow the business and assist Stretch Practitioners in doing what they do best.
- Between appointments, you're tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals. If a member has a question or concern, you're there to resolve it with professionalism and a personal touch.

Requirements
- Membership Sales Experience
- Experience managing a team of 4+
- Retail sales experience (KPIs, P&L familiarity).
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.
