What You'll Do
- Welcome and greet members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Clean and reset sauna rooms promptly between appointments
- Ensure each sauna suite is clean, comfortable, and ready for the next guest
- Prepare and maintain cold towels and towel bundles
- Maintain towel and studio supplies
- Support the Membership Sales team with day-to-day studio tasks
- Respond to basic guest questions and assist with studio tours
- Help keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
- Contribute to an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, positive, dependable, and personable
- Genuinely enjoys helping people
- Takes pride in cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
- Is a reliable team player with a strong work ethic
- Communicates well and is comfortable interacting with guests
- Has previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
