COLSA Corporation is seeking a Studies, Analysis, and Reports (SAaR) Project Manager, Journeyman to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. This is an opportunity for a motivated, results-driven professional who thrives on solving problems, taking initiative, and turning complex customer needs into successful outcomes.

Our SAaR team delivers specialized, surge support to Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) customers, providing critical insights, acquisition products, and courses of action that inform aircraft program office decisions and support mission success. In this role, you will work directly with government and industry partners while identifying, capturing, and executing SAaR efforts that address emerging customer needs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)

• Monitor labor hour projections, program performance, schedules, milestones, and deliverables, providing status information and identifying potential schedule variances
• Develop and maintain Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables, reports, data products, program documents, and correspondence in accordance with government requirements and standards
• Research, analyze, and organize technical and statistical information for use in program briefings, publications, reports, and other deliverables
• Collaborate with engineers, technical subject matter experts, and program stakeholders to understand technical requirements, coordinate activities, and drive program objectives and deliverables
• Schedule and coordinate briefings, meetings, special activities, and the distribution of materials to government missions and program offices
• Assist in developing and refining Statements of Work (SOWs) and Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for SAaR proposal activities
• Develop and maintain a working knowledge of applicable government policies, guidelines, and corporate practices and procedures
• Prioritize and manage multiple activities in response to U.S. Government (USG) client requirements and evolving program needs
• Establish and maintain positive client relationships and serve as a liaison among government customers, corporate departments, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate effectively within a multifunctional team while also working independently to execute program requirements
• Proactively identify needs, resolve issues, and drive assigned activities and deliverables to completion

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in management, operations/program management, engineering, a technical discipline, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-8 years of related experience
• Experience managing or coordinating project/program activities, including schedules, deliverables, customer requirements, and status reporting
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with engineering and technical teams, including communicating across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Working knowledge of desktop applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications

• U.S. Government civilian, Active Duty/Guard/Reserve military, and/or defense contractor experience
• PMP and/or DAWIA certification (any skillset w/ DAWIA)
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results with minimal guidance
• Active SECRET security clearance
