TITLE: Student Worker- Office of the Registrar

FLSA: Hourly, 10 hours/week

Available to: Undergraduate Students

Hourly Rate: $15.00/hour

The Office of the Registrar is seeking to hire student employees to assist in the department.

Job Components

A typical shift while working in the Office of the Registrar may include tasks such as:

• Filing
• Scanning
• Data Entry
• Proof Reading (Bulletin copy, reports, grade sheets etc.)
• Word processing (forms, letters, calendars, memos)
• Preparing Mailings
• Other general office work

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (requested/required)

• Keyboard knowledge and skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and work in fast-paced environment
• Professional and mature to ensure absolute confidentiality in working with sensitive data

Must be eligible for US employment
