Job Description:
The Mayborn Event Host is responsible for helping deliver smooth, high-quality event experiences for museum guests. This role supports birthday parties and a range of public and private events, often working independently to ensure spaces are prepared, guests are cared for, and events run seamlessly.
This position is best suited for a self-directed, dependable student who takes initiative, follows through, and is comfortable managing responsibilities without constant direction. Event Hosts should be observant, adaptable, and willing to step in wherever needed to support the overall success of an event. This is not a passive role-hosts are expected to stay engaged, anticipate needs, and take ownership of their events.
