Job Summary
Provide basic software, hardware and network support related to faculty, staff, classroom and lab computers. Assist students/faculty/staff with technical issues and questions.
Principal Accountabilities
Configure wireless access and client email on mobile devices
Install software and hardware
Update and/or upgrade software
Assist in lab computer configurations and imaging process
setup or relocate computer related equipment as needed
provide basic customer support for MS Windows, Office 365, Zoom and TEAMS - possibly some MacOS or Ios
maintain an organized work environment including technician work area and computer storage rooms
perform ceiling mounted projector maintenance (requires working on ladder 6ft - 12ft tall)
assist in configuring mobile devices to Blinn's wireless networks
