Job Description:

This position supports the One Stop team within the Enrollment Management division. The OneStop Student Representatives will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests at the One Stop welcome desk on the 3rd Floor of the Bill Daniel Student Center. In addition to ensuring guests are properly checked-in and assisted by a professional staff member, this person will be responsible for filing paperwork, reviewing received office mail, responding to Student Account and Financial Aid inquiries via email, and answering general phone calls regarding Financial Aid and Student Accounts. This position will also be responsible for completing other duties and tasks as assigned to assist the Baylor One Stop and Enrollment Management team.

• Provide general office assistance and support
• Greet clients and visitors with excellent customer service; answer inquiries and provide information
• Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information

• Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed

Baylor One Stop Student Representative - Job Description[VK1.1]

This position supports the One Stop team within Enrollment Management. Student Representatives serve as the first point of contact at the One Stop welcome desk, providing professional, efficient service to students and visitors.

Location & Schedule

• Bill Daniel Student Center (3rd Floor) and Mark and Paula Hurd Welcome Center
• Shifts scheduled between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors; manage check-in and direct guests to appropriate staff
• Respond to Student Accounts and Financial Aid inquiries via email and phone
• Provide general information and customer service support
• File documents, review incoming office mail, and maintain organized records
• Process check payments in accordance with established procedures
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
• Support office operations through additional tasks and projects as assigned
• Assist with Orientation sessions at the Mark and Paula Hurd Welcome Center
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance and comply with university policies
