    Student Union Event Operations Assistant

    Summary of Job Responsibilities:
    • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the event manager. Ensure all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
    • Monitor the venue during events to ensure compliance with ASUCLA and the University policies and safety regulations.
    • Identify and resolve any issues or conicts that arise during the event. Report any signicant problems to the event manager for further action.
    • Assist in the physical setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture and preparing decorations. Reser venues to their original state post event.
    • Work closely with other event staff and student assistants to ensure seamless event operations.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the event manager or department supervisor
