    Position Description:

    I am looking for a teaching assistant for Real Estate Finance - SRED 2030. Applicants should have previously taken this course and earned an A- or A grade. Business School students and MSRED students who have already taken SRED 6230 will be considered. Microsoft Excel and intermediate real estate finance skills are a must. This position may be renewed for the Spring semester.

    Expected Duties:

    The T.A. will assist in assignment grading quizzes, holding office hours, and answering student questions over email. There is no requirement to attend class sessions, but the T.A. may do so at their discretion.

    Proposed Schedule:

    Flexible - approximately 5 hours per week
