Welcome! Our unified P-12 district serves about 4,300 students and consists of the Amador County Unified School District and the Amador County Office of Education. Our schools and communities are nestled in the heart of the Gold Country in the Sierra Nevada Foothills, close to San Francisco, Sacramento, Yosemite and Lake Tahoe. If selected you will receive an email from the HR office for the next steps to gather: Required paperwork/ forms. Qualifying ID copies for I-9 Form. TB clearance (Valid for 4 years) You must have an active credential or 30 day permit with the CTC to Student Teacher Substitute. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
