You’ll work side-by-side with experienced surgical technologists, nurses, and physicians while gaining real OR experience and building the skills needed to thrive in surgical services.

What You’ll Do

• Jump into OR preparation and help set the stage for successful surgeries
• Assist with scrub duties and support the surgical team during procedures
• Help maintain a sterile field and ensure a safe operating environment
• Support patient care during intraoperative procedures, including OB cases
• Perform sponge, sharps, and instrument counts to ensure safety and accuracy
• Set up instruments and assist with room turnover and sterilization prep
• Learn and grow under the guidance of experienced CSTs and RNs

What You Bring

• Enrollment in a state-approved Surgical Technologist program
• Completion of at least two semesters of clinical coursework
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider certification
