Student Supervisor (Bob Jones University Chick-fil-A)

Job Summary:

AVI Foodsystems is seeking a dynamic and organized Student Supervisor to oversee operations at Bob Jones University. As a Student Supervisor, you will lead a team of student employees, ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen facilities while providing exceptional customer service to the university community.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise student workers in washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and/or pans using dish machines or by hand.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition.
• Assign tasks to student employees and oversee their completion.
• Assist in receiving product deliveries from vendors and organizing stock.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Address any issues or concerns that arise during shift hours.

Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of student workers.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of standard cleaning methods and equipment used in dishwashing work.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a dedication to maintaining a positive work environment.
