The honest version of this job.
We teach people how to build a real estate business. Not theory, actual closed deals. We run live events and a daily virtual coaching school. You'd own whether our students actually succeed.
You're on Zoom most of the day. You're the face students see and the person they email, and there are a lot of them. Some paid real money, haven't made an offer in three weeks, and are frustrated. That lands on you.
You also manage the team that delivers all of it, plus our coaching contractors. Most of your team is overseas VAs, and they're awesome. Sharp, hard working, and they care. Leading them well means clear written direction and working across time zones. That's a real skill and not everyone has it.
You're measured on their output, not your own. If you spend a weekend doing five jobs yourself, that's a failure here, not a win.
It's intense and it's frontline busy. The role will change mid-quarter because it always does. Live events mean some evenings and weekends. You won't grow this fast anywhere else.
Now the part that matters more.
This isn't a job to me. I want to work here the rest of my life, and I'm building a team of people who want the same thing.
Our executive team is in Phoenix, along with all of our management. You'd be coming on as part of the management team, not under it.
We're building something that doesn't exist yet. If you want to be here while it gets built, and still be here when it's built, this is a rare seat.
But if you're in a season where you need somewhere to land for a year or two, you won't be happy here. That's not a knock. It's a different season, and I'd rather say it now than find out in month three.
My job is to protect the culture we're building. That means being honest with you up front.
So opt in or opt out. Either one is fine.
