About the Opportunity:

Ellucian is seeking an experienced Student Success Consultant with a focus on Accounts Receivable to join the North American Professional Services team. This role will leverage strong functional knowledge of Banner Accounts Receivable to support customer implementations, provide functional guidance, and help customers align their business processes with Banner capabilities and recommended practices. The consultant will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and successful outcomes.

Where you will make an impact

  • Serve as a functional consultant for Banner Accounts Receivable implementations.
  • Lead assigned functional workstreams and support customer implementations from discovery through deployment.
  • Provide consulting guidance to help customers align business processes with Banner capabilities and recommended practices.
  • Facilitate customer workshops, requirements discussions, configuration sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Collaborate with Senior Consultants and project teams to address complex functional requirements and customer challenges.
  • Contribute to implementation methodology, consulting assets, documentation, and delivery standards.
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Professional Services teams as needed to support successful customer outcomes.
  • Identify project risks and functional issues and escalate them appropriately.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with peers and support onboarding and enablement activities.
  • Meet customer satisfaction, utilization, and business objectives.

What you will bring

  • 3+ years of functional experience working with Banner Accounts Receivable, including hands-on experience with its core processes and functionality.
  • Experience supporting or leading functional workstreams as part of customer implementations.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Banner Accounts Receivable, with an understanding of integrations and dependencies across Student and Financial Aid.
  • Ability to analyze customer business processes, gather requirements, and recommend solutions aligned with Banner capabilities and implementation best practices.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively lead customer discussions and workshops.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned responsibilities while collaborating with project teams and senior consultants on complex functional challenges.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, dependencies, and issues and escalate them appropriately.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
