Student Success Center, Testing Services Student Assistant

The Testing Services Student Assistant plays an important role in supporting the Student Success Center's Testing Services by helping ensure a secure, professional, and student-centered testing environment. This position assists with exam administration, scheduling, student support, and testing operations for both in-person and remote testing services. Working closely with students, faculty, and staff, Testing Services Student Assistants help maintain the integrity of the testing process while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Successful Testing Services Student Assistants are dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and testing security. They excel at following procedures, communicating professionally, and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Thriving in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a high level of professionalism when interacting with students, faculty, and external partners. Individuals who are adaptable, technology-savvy, and take pride in creating a welcoming and efficient testing experience will be highly successful in this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must be currently enrolled as a UAF student taking a minimum of 6 credits per semester with a minimum GPA of 2.0 or a newly enrolled student.
Position Details:
This is a part-time, student position. Compensation is based on experience and the specific duties assigned.
