Description

Do Great Things! Durham Technical Community College is hiring a Student Services Support Specialist in the Counseling, Accessibility and Resources Department. Data Management, Finance & Program Administration

  • Maintain strict confidentiality, adhere to privacy standards, and deliver professional customer service at all times.

  • Develop and maintain efficient tracking systems to monitor the receipt, follow-up, and status of required student documents.
  • Collect, record, track, and maintain program financial documentation-including invoices and bills-and assist with payment processing through Foundation and Business Office systems.
  • Support service-utilization data collection, trend reporting, and student feedback collection to support continuous program improvement.
  • Track operational trends and recommend service improvements to enhance the overall student experience.
  • Keep website content, resource directories, informational handouts, and promotional flyers current and accurate.
  • Assist with student outreach events, campus engagement activities, and CARE Center communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
