Student Services Specialist

About This Role
This position is a member of the WOS under the Office of the Registrar and within the Division of Enrollment Management. Utilizing a collaborative, team-based work approach, the incumbent provides front-line support and subject matter expertise for all division offices Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with University policies, procedures, and regulations.
This position is responsible for the comprehensive administration, support, and enforcement of all academic records across all platforms as well as the maintenance and integrity of academic records across multiple systems and platforms coordination of daily operational functions within the unit; and service as primary liaison between the office(s) and academic community. The incumbent independently resolves complex student and institutional issues, supports cross-functional business processes, and contributes to the development and implementation of operational enhancements. In partnership with the Assistant Director, this position assist with planning, evaluating, and monitoring process improvements to enhance efficiency, service delivery, and the student experience.
