Boston University School of Social Work (BUSSW) seeks a dedicated Student Services Administrator to support our diverse student population. In this role, you will guide students on academic and program-related matters including course selection, graduation requirements, withdrawals, leaves of absence, and compliance with academic policies while developing individualized program plans that foster timely degree completion. You will work with the student services team to coordinate orientation each semester for incoming students, maintain weekly office hours to address programmatic or personal academic concerns, and collaborate closely with faculty and administrative colleagues to ensure students receive comprehensive support. The position requires a commitment to occasional evening and weekend availability to accommodate the needs of our adult-learner and part-time cohorts. Required Skills
A master''s degree in social work is required, along with three to five years of post-graduate experience in social work practice and the supervision of MSW student interns; outstanding communication and organizational skills are essential.
