With over 10 years in the business, our client has built a reputation for exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Due to continued growth, they are expanding and are seeking a Property Manager to join their team.

Role Overview:
As a Student Property Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our client’s property portfolio and ensuring high levels of service for student tenants. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in property no previous experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. If you’re organised, communicative, and passionate about property, this could be the perfect fit.

Property Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of student properties
• Conduct property check-ins and check-outs
• Complete out-of-office inspections
• Coordinate with tenants, landlords, and contractors regarding maintenance and repairs
• Respond to and manage tenant inquiries and requests efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections and report any property maintenance issues
• Process tenancy renewals and lease agreements
• Ensure compliance with all property and health & safety regulations

Property Manager Key Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Genuine interest in the property sector
• Full, clean driver’s license and own vehicle
• Highly organised with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Property Manager Package:

• Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 DOE
• Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm (1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:30 am – 3:30 pm, with a weekday off in lieu)
• Early start on Tuesday at 8:30 am and early finish on Friday at 5:30 pm
• Free parking space included
