We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our CNA Training Program as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Trainee. As a CNA Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the skills necessary to provide exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
Attend and complete our comprehensive CNA training program, which includes both classroom and clinical instruction
Work under the supervision of experienced CNAs and Nursing Staff to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills
Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and other patient care tasks
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry standards and best practices
