This position assists the Girls' Discipleship Staff in cultivating relational discipleship.
- Assist Girls' Discipleship Coordinators with Adult Leaders in caring for, equipping, and building relationships with their students and groups.
- Support the organization, administration, and health of Huddle Groups, including assisting Girl Student Leaders as needed.
- Provide encouragement, connection, and support to students and leaders, including helping new students find the right Huddle Group.
- Assist those leading Student Ministries trips, events, and weekly programs by helping with preparation, communication, logistics, and on-site needs.
- Work alongside the Student Ministries team on various ministry projects and responsibilities, using individual gifts and strengths to support the overall vision and direction of Student Ministries.
Total Weekly Hours: 9 Hours/Week
