Position Summary
Transform lives by providing cross-functional support across Enrollment Services, Student Financial Services, Financial Aid, and Records functions. Provide exceptional student service and support by serving as a primary point of contact for students and assisting with financial aid, student accounts, records processing, and related enrollment functions. Help remove barriers, improve student satisfaction, support retention efforts, and ensure students receive timely and accurate assistance.

Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for student inquiries regarding financial aid, student accounts, and records.

Assist students with FAFSA completion, financial aid processes, and account resolution.

Process and maintain accurate student records and documentation within the student information system.

Support third-party billing, sponsorships, and Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) processes.

Provide in-person, phone, and virtual student support and triage students to appropriate resources.

Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations.

Collaborate across departments to deliver efficient, student-centered services and support student success.
   
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Associate degree in related field required. Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered in lieu of associate degree.

Minimum of two years of prior office experience in a setting which utilized current office technology required.

Experience in post-secondary education preferred.

Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office applications, INow scanning software, and PeopleSoft applications, or the ability to learn and use PeopleSoft.  

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Compensation is dependent upon experience and qualifications.
