Job Summary:
Provides support to students applying for enrollment and financial aid options, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards. Assists students with questions about financial aid, helps complete applications, reviews award letters, and follows up to ensure timely submission of required documentation. Maintains professional relationships with staff and conducts duties on-site or remotely as needed.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
At least 2 years of federal student financial aid experience; customer service experience preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with LMS is a plus.
