| Responsibilities: | - Assist end users with basic troubleshooting involving system access, workflows, navigation, and functionality.
- Support nurses, clinicians, therapists, providers, and administrative staff with routine technology needs.
- Assist with account setup, access requests, role-based permissions, and onboarding technology tasks.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, system procedures, and commonly used solutions.
- Help monitor and update IT service tickets while providing professional customer service.
- Support application upgrades, user acceptance testing, workflow validation, and enhancement projects.
- Assist with connected devices, workstations, printers, mobile devices, and other approved equipment.
- Follow HIPAA, privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements when working with systems and information.
