    Job Title:Masonicare IT Junior Analyst
    Department:Office of Community Engagement
    Student Employment Type:Federal Work-Study        
    Responsibilities:
    • Assist end users with basic troubleshooting involving system access, workflows, navigation, and functionality.
    • Support nurses, clinicians, therapists, providers, and administrative staff with routine technology needs.
    • Assist with account setup, access requests, role-based permissions, and onboarding technology tasks.
    • Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, system procedures, and commonly used solutions.
    • Help monitor and update IT service tickets while providing professional customer service.
    • Support application upgrades, user acceptance testing, workflow validation, and enhancement projects.
    • Assist with connected devices, workstations, printers, mobile devices, and other approved equipment.
    • Follow HIPAA, privacy, security, and confidentiality requirements when working with systems and information.
    Qualifications:
    • Interest in information technology, information systems, cybersecurity, or healthcare technology.
    • Basic technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication, documentation, organization, and customer-service skills.
    • Ability to learn new systems, follow procedures, protect confidential information, and ask for guidance
    Hours of Position:
    • Student will be expected to work up to 6 hours per week between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday through Friday.
