    Job Title:Masonicare Human Resources Intern
    Department:Office of Community Engagement
    Student Employment Type:Federal Work Study
    Responsibilities:
    • Assist with organizing onboarding materials, orientation packets, and employee communication
    • Support recruiting activities such as posting preparation, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking.
    • Help maintain HR files, spreadsheets, trackers, and other records in an accurate and confidential manner.
    • Prepare draft presentations, flyers, reports, and employee-engagement materials.
    • Assist with training, recognition, survey, and special-event coordination.
    • Conduct basic research on HR practices and summarize findings for the team.
    • Provide general project and administrative support to HR team members as assigned.
    Qualifications:
    • Interest in human resources, business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
    • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
    Hours of Position:
    • Student will be expected to work up to 6 hours per week between the hours of 9am – 5pm Monday through Friday.
