    POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for supporting efforts toward Title II / WCAG Compliance across the college. Provide an exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external customers throughout every interaction. #LI-DNI

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Other duties may be assigned):

    (100%) Administrative Support

    • Review website content, documents, and platforms for compliance issues and identify areas in need of updating.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be currently enrolled in a program and pursuing a minimum of six credits.
    • Previous office / administrative experience preferred.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
