    Job Title:CPA Junior Reintegration Mento
    Department:Office of Community Engagement
    Student Employment Type:Federal Work-Study       
    Responsibilities:
    • At the direction and with the guidance of CPA Staff, Youth Coaches will:
      • Assist high school boys with career readiness activities.
      • Conduct pre-employment workshops and/or counseling sessions.
      • Conduct outreach in Hamden to identify employment or internship opportunities for youth.
    • Model professionalism, reliability, and positive communication
    • Other duties as assigned
    Qualifications:
    • Interest in youth development, career readiness, corrections and/or education 
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Cultural competency
    Hours of Position:
    • REGIONS is a 24/7 facility, and working days and hours are negotiable. Applicants must be 18 yrs. old and will be required to complete site trainings for which hourly compensation will be paid.
