Works with the Smith-Hutson Scholarship Program, assisting the program staff with various duties and responsibilities.

As Student Assistant, you will be responsible for…

  • Performing general office duties and data entry
  • Enthusiastically welcoming scholars, faculty, staff, and visitors
  • Assisting with the set-up and break-down of Smith-Hutson Scholarship Program events as needed
  • Answering phones, providing program/general University information to scholars, department visitors, prospective program participants, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements for the Position

Some work will be performed after hours or on weekends.

Student may need to lift up to 40 lbs
