Nature & Purpose of Position

• Assist in creating lesson plan templates for Externships Educators
• Assist in developing various Microsoft Forms or Qualtrics surveys that will be used to track data of participants
• Draft emails for the PI and Co-PI to send to industry and community partners to assist with outreach
• Assist in the design of recruitment materials
• Assist in planning and set up of in-person and digital orientations for grant participants
• Assist with tracking, organizing, and maintaining participant data and documentation related to externship activities, deliverables, and reporting requirements
• Schedule and set up online and in-person meetings through TEAMS or Zoom

Other Requirements for the Position

• Proficient in using Canva
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Prior experience with creating Qualtrics surveys, or ability to learn
• Strong writing and proofreading
